1. The candidates should know basics of baking & cooking. Candidate should be able to end to end production of baked food items independently without supervision. Degrees in hospitality, cooking, baking are preferred.
2. Experience in working in a commercial kitchen is expected. Including but not limited to baking including cookies, brownies, cakes, croissants etc. and other kitchen management tasks such as inventory management, stock management, staff management, etc.
3. The candidates should be comfortable working on a computer in addition to working in a cloud kitchen.
4. Looking for someone innovative, sincere, sharp who can grow with the brand.
5. Ability to understand English is a must.
