- Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries, and more, adhering to authentic recipes and flavors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes.
- Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
