Order Processing:

- Process online payments and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Food Service:
- Serve food orders to customers with attention to presentation and accuracy.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and track inventory levels of food and beverage items.
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming inventory shipments.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages to the management team.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in training new front-of-house staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
