Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per Continental cuisine standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Manage inventory and stock rotation
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Adaptability and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of cooking techniques specific to Continental cuisine
• Understanding of food safety standards
