Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious North Indian dishes with a focus on Tandoor specialties
• Ensure adherence to food safety practices and quality control standards
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute innovative menus
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently with a keen eye for detail

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade
• Experience: 3-7 years in a similar role
• Skills: Time management, attention to detail, sanitation knowledge, team player, creativity
• Language: Proficient in Hindi and English
