Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Chinese Food Technologist to join our dynamic team in the Food Production department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Chinese cuisine and extensive experience in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and innovate Chinese food products
  • Ensure compliance with food regulations and quality standards
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and quality assurance tests
  • Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development

Requirements

  • Education: Any Hospitality Graduate
  • Experience in food science, food safety, product development, and food processing
  • Strong knowledge of Mandarin language
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and pay attention to detail

Language: Hindi, English (Mandarin is a plus)
