We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Guest Relation Executive in our Front Office department. If you are 30+ years and  have 1-2 years of experience in guest relations and possess excellent communication, managing team and problem-solving skills, we invite you to apply for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional guest services at the front desk
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
• Being a support to the waiters. 
• Attending customers queries or feedback if any and handle professionally in win-win situation.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through attention to detail and multitasking
• Managing small purchases by visiting market as and when required. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a graduate degree in any field
• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in team and customer handling is preferred
