We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Commis-II specializing in North Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Tandoor cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Tandoor dishes according to set recipes
• Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Tandoor Preparation and Cooking: Assist in preparing and cooking a range of vegetarian tandoori dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Food Preparation: Marinate and season ingredients, set up the tandoor area, and ensure all necessary items are prepared for cooking.
• Tandoor Maintenance: Monitor and maintain tandoor ovens, adjusting temperatures as needed and ensuring they are kept clean and functional.
• Quality Control: Ensure all tandoori dishes meet Cafe De Soleil’s standards for taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Assist Senior Chefs: Support senior chefs with tasks as needed, including mise en place and preparing for peak service hours.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th grade , Graduate
• Gender Preference: Male Only
• Language Skills: Hindi, Punjabi, English
• Skills: Attention to detail, Time management, Team player, Adaptability, Multitasking, Food safety knowledge, Cooking techniques, Tandoor cooking, North Indian cuisine, Hindi language proficiency, Punjabi language proficiency, English language proficiency
