Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and curate unique and exciting tours and experiences for Locul Hostels, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay for our guests
2. Research and collaborate with local vendors, suppliers, and partners to create a diverse range of opportunities for guests to explore the culture, history, and attractions of the destination
3. Coordinate and manage the entire guest experience, from booking and reservations to on-site logistics and activities, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
4. Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, leading tours and experiences, providing insights, and historical context, and fostering a fun and engaging environment for our guests
5. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of tours and experiences, seeking guest feedback, analyzing data, and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
6. Utilize English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided in a friendly and professional manner
7. Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to maintain records, track reservations, analyze data, and generate reports, enabling data-driven decision-making and efficient operations
